What is coaching?
A Coach is a mentor and guide who provides valuable personal, practical, and emotional support. Your coach personalizes your program, something that most books and programs can’t do by virtue of their nature. Habits take a while to form and therefore take a while to break as well, but I will be by your side every step of the way.

How do I get started?
Contact me here. From there we will schedule a meeting that best fits your schedule. Its as easy as meeting for coffee with a friend for a powerful conversation.

How much do you cost?
In my practice, I serve those who are financially stable, and those who have fallen on hard times. I have a full range of spots available to help elevate lives. 

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are dependent upon your goals and budget. They can be as little as 30 minutes or up to several hours. 

I’ve tried everything.
Holistic coaching is a way of addressing life as a “whole”. Books and other systems tend to create change in one area of life, which makes it hard to create a balanced life. As soon as we feel unbalanced, we are more likely to give up on change. Coaching will continue with you until real change occurs.

How soon will I see results?
This is a question that has multiple variables including how committed you are to changing your life. I am fully commitment to creating change with in you as quickly as possible.

Do I have to change everything I am eating?
Unless this is your goal, no. The main focus will be integrating new foods into your diet. The focus is never on deprivation or restriction, but rather on abundance in ways that work for your body. Clients find themselves eating more and enjoying foods they never imagined. Many have stated it has opened up their world to exploring food.

What if I have questions between sessions?
I offer communication between sessions via phone or email.

Is this a quick fix?
Not at all. This style of coaching is about creating change that lasts. It’s not about changing for 30 days, then going right back to old habits.

Do I need to bring anything to the first meeting?
No. Let’s start with a conversation and from there we will know where to go.

What about confidentiality?
All client’s information is kept private, and will not shared to any third party unless compelled to by law.
